The story of ‘Levan’ is…

Arvind (Naveen Chandra) is an honest police officer. He will be transferred to Visakhapatnam as ACP. He easily solves a theft case as soon as he arrives. At the same time, a series of murders are happening in Visakhapatnam. Initially, ACC Ranjit Kumar (Shashank) handles the case. He meets with an accident in the middle of the trial. This puts the case in Arvind’s hands. He is assisted by SI Manohar. They both investigate together and find out that all the dead are twins and only one of them is being murdered. Who is the serial killer committing these murders? Why is he doing it? Why is he killing only one of the twins? What is the serial killer’s relationship with them? How did ACP Arvind deal with this case? Was the killer finally caught? Or not? You have to watch the film to know.

How is it…

The villain commits a crime… The hero, who is a police officer, catches the killer… He has a flashback story… The format of an investigative thriller is almost the same. The success of the film depends on how the crime was committed, the mind games going on around it and how cleverly the hero solves the case. Such films require a strong screenplay. The story should have suspenseful scenes that prevent the audience from getting distracted even for a moment. ‘Levan’ has been somewhat successful in this regard.

The investigation process in the villain plot, which is routine, will be new. The ups and downs of this film are a bit difficult to understand at first. Even if the regular viewers of crime thriller films figure out who the villain is, the screenplay will play games with their minds.

In the beginning of the film, the story moves at a slow pace. The interest in the story increases after the serial killing case comes to the attention of the hero. At the same time, a love track also seems to have been inserted between the hero and heroine. The story becomes even more interesting before the interval. The interval scene increases interest in the second part. In the second part, the investigation process continues with suspense. The flashback story in the middle is heart-touching. The twists in the end are amazing. There is a logic behind every scene, and this is the reason why this story was titled Eleven. Overall, the film ‘Levan’ is a normal crime thriller, but the story is interesting.

Whoever did this…

Playing a cop is nothing new for Naveen Chandra. He has been playing such roles more often lately. In this, he impressed with his role as ACP Arvind. His body language and looks are reminiscent of a real police officer. The heroine Riya Hari has a small role but she has done it well. Dilipan as SI Manohar, Aadukalam Naren as a high-ranking police officer and Shashank as ACP Ranjit Kumar did justice to their roles. Kiriti, Ravi Varma and the rest of the cast performed to the best of their abilities.

Technically the film is good. D. Imman’s background score is a plus for the film. He impresses with his BGM. Songs are okay. Cinematography is good. Editor’s performance is good. Production values are all down to the level of the film.
