Tollywood’s rising star Vijay Deverakonda has become an all-India sensation even before the release of Puri Jagannadh’s Liger. As the film is all set to hit the big screens next month,
the makers have begun their digital promotions and are planning to release the trailer with a high-end appeal. They had already revealed the trailer launch date and now, the makers have released a new poster of the lead actor and also unveiled a glimpse of the trailer release event planning.
Vijay, Charmme, and Karan Johar shared the new poster and a short video on their Twitter pages and treated their fans… Take a look!

The video reveals that Charmme is informing Karan Johar about the plan and stating that the trailer event will be held in two cities, Hyderabad and Mumbai. So, the Liger trailer launch event will be held at Sudarshan RTC X Roads theatre in Hyderabad at 9:30 AM on the 21st, and then the team will fly to Mumbai on the same day, where the event will be held at Cinepolis Andheri, Mumbai at 7:30 PM.
Speaking about the Liger movie, it stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday in the lead roles. This film also features Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Shah Imtiaz, Vishu Reddy, Getup Srinu, and Abdul Qadir Amin in prominent roles. Legendary boxer Mike Tyson will also be seen in a cameo role in this movie.
The Liger movie is directed by ace director Puri Jagannadh and jointly produced by Karan Johar, Charmme Kaur, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Jagannadh under the Dharma Productions and Puri Connects banners. This movie will be released in Telugu and Hindi languages and will be dubbed into Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages!
Vijay Deverakonda also underwent intense training in Thailand to best fit the bill for his role as an MMA boxer in this sports drama! Liger will be released next year, on August 25, 2022!
Director and actor Puri and Vijay recently also announced their next film, Jan Gan Man… Vijay will be playing the role of a soldier in this army-plot film, and it is Puri Jagannadh’s dream project. Thus, it is being made on a high budget!
